Our Hiring Process

Initial Calls
After you apply for a job at Sincere, we'll set up 30min conversations with a recruiter and a team lead, where you can ask questions and explore if you're a fit for the role.
Take-Home Challenge
If you're a developer, we'll send a coding challenge. Analysts will dive into a spreadsheet; marketers will write. We craft specific challenges for each role, and are thoughtful about your time.
Meet the Team
You'll meet with 3-5 future coworkers for a deep dive. This is our opportunity to really get to know each other. You'll learn how we work, how we communicate, and what we're working on.
24-Hour Challenge

1:1 with CEO
